From time to time we offer special promotions to our loyal customers. These may include special pricing on products, discounts on orders, free and/or upgraded shipping options. If you would like to be notified of special offers please provide your email address so that we can keep you informed of the latest promotional offers. Please see our privacy policy for full details of our web site policies. Rest assured, we will not share you email address with anyone outside the 3B Group and we promise not to sell it.
To use your promotional code enter it on the first screen during checkout and click on the link to “Confirm your Priority Code”. You should see the offer reflected in your order total at this time.

2. Prices & Tax

The prices you see are, unless otherwise stated List Net Prices, Ex-Works and Uninsured. Offers are subject to change without notice and are not binding.
We make every effort to ensure accuracy in pricing and product specifications. Unfortunately, sometimes information is published incorrectly. We will honor pricing and product specifications to the best of our ability, but reserve the right to correct typographical errors. We will try to inform you of any product discrepancies before your order is processed. If you live in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or Mexico please contact our US office for shipping charges at sales@a3bs.com. Your credit card will be only debited once your order is ready to ship. Customer is responsible for paying all duties, customs, and taxes.

3. Minimum Orders, Special Orders & Quantity Discounts

There is no minimum order value but please bear in mind that the freight charges can make some orders uneconomical. As the worlds leading manufacturer of anatomical models we welcome your suggestions for new products, or if require special labeling or packaging, we will do our best to accommodate you. If you place an order for large numbers of 3B Scientific® Products, you may be eligible for additional savings. Please ask your sales representative for a special price offer.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed immediately and normally dispatch within 48 hours. Orders received after 12 PM EST, during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), or on major holidays, will be processed at the beginning of the next regular business day. Should your chosen item be unavailable, we will send you an email confirmation highlighting the estimated delivery time. Should this not be acceptable, then a return email is sufficient to cancel your order. If you need your products shipped at a future date, please indicate your desired delivery date in the comments section during check out or inform your sales representative when ordering. Partial shipments are invoiced separately.

Shipping charges are based on invoice value and are added to your invoice as indicated during the checkout process. We use FedEx ground to ship most products. Transit times are 1-7 days based on distance to the destination. Express shipping via Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day and Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. 2-Day Express shipping is available to residents of Hawaii and Alaska. Some large, heavy and oversize items may require additional shipping charges. Your sales representative will inform you if your product requires any special handling at the time your order is placed.

Shipping, handling, and package insurance are non-refundable. If you are returning an item purchased using a free shipping promotion, for reasons other than defective material or workmanship, a standard $9.95 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Due to the volatility of fuel prices we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges. Your sales representative will inform you of any changes at the time your order is received. 5. Credit Terms

We accept purchase orders from most accredited institutions (schools, universities, hospitals, etc.). If you are ordering with a purchase order please fax it to us for immediate action at 1-866-992-1514. Otherwise we require prepayment with a check, Discover, Master Card, Visa, or American Express. 6. Security

Our web site is encrypted with 128 Bit SSL technology. The certificate has been issued by Comodo. If you should wish more information about the issuing company please click on on this link. 7. Built to last - 3B Scientific Warranty

1. Warranty

a) For all products sold by 3B Scientific or a 3B Scientific company we grant a warranty period of 1 year, beginning at the date of invoicing. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

b) For products carrying the 3B Scientific® brand name we extend the warranty to 3 years.

c) In addition, for 3B Scientific® Anatomy products which are registered as part of the 3B Smart Anatomy program, we extend the warranty to 5 years from the date of product registration.

d) A product shall be considered defective if, at the time of delivery, it does not conform to the agreed specifications, is damaged, or is materially faulty due to manufacturing or material defects.

e) The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from improper handling or use, normal wear and tear, insufficient maintenance, misuse, or use for purposes other than intended.

f) 3B Scientific may, at its discretion:

• repair the product,
• replace it with an equivalent or equivalent refurbished product, or
• refund the current original value of the product.

g) B2B customers shall bear the shipping costs to 3B Scientific or the authorised distributor the product was purchased from.

2. Extended Warranty

a) 3B Scientific offers customers the option to purchase an extended warranty for certain products for an additional fee.

b) The extended warranty can only be purchased at the time of purchase of the respective product or prior to the expiry of the original 1 year warranty.

c) The extended warranty extends the statutory warranty period by 1 additional year and does not cover defects or damage resulting from improper handling or use, normal wear and tear, insufficient maintenance, misuse, or use for purposes other than intended and/or worn parts and consumables.

d) The extended warranty is tied to the product and is not transferable to third parties unless the entire product is lawfully resold. To activate the extended warranty, you must register the product in 3B Smarter Simulation.

3. Warranty Procedure

In the event of any warranty claim, contact the 3B Scientific company or authorized distributor from whom you bought the product. Please provide proof of purchase and if applicable a proof of purchase of the extended warranty. To approve the claim 3B Scientific is entitled to inspect the product or request its return.

8. No risk buying

If you are dissatisfied with a 3B Scientific® product for whatever reason, simply return it to us within 14 days in the original packaging (if possible) and with a copy of the invoice for a refund. Please call or mail in advance for an RMA number.
