Newsletter

Our newsletter we will inform you about our offers, developments and news of our products. If you would like to receive the newsletter, we will need a valid E-mail address from you as well as information that allow us to verify that you are the owner of the specified E-mail address or that the owner agrees to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected. For these newsletter registrations, we use the double opt-in procedure, i.e. we only send the newsletter if you have explicitly given us your consent to activate the newsletter beforehand. Use of HubSpot

3B Scientific uses HubSpot, a service of HubSpot Inc., on its website for analysis purposes.

This uses so-called "web beacons" and also sets "cookies", which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website by us. The information collected (e.g. IP address, geographical location, type of browser, length of visit and pages viewed) is analysed by HubSpot on behalf of 3B Scientific to generate reports about the visit and the pages visited by 3B Scientific.

3B Scientific takes all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unintentional or unlawful cancellation, change or rather again the loss, unauthorized transfer and unauthorized access. Therefore, to protect your privacy, we use a secure SSL connection with certificates from Comodo, Key length: RSA 2048 bit / 128 bit. Depending on the functionality of the browser, the encryption of the user data is carried out by a maximum of AES 256 bit or Triple DES 168 bit. Any data between the client and the web server is transmitted in encrypted form.

Welche Daten von Ihnen werden von uns verarbeitet? Und zu welchen Zwecken?

Wie lange werden die Daten gespeichert?

Daten von Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern werden im Falle einer Absage nach sechs Monaten gelöscht. Für den Fall, dass Sie einer weiteren Speicherung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten zugestimmt haben, werden wir Ihre Daten in unseren Bewerber-Pool übernehmen. Dort werden die Daten nach Ablauf von zwei Jahren gelöscht.
Sollten Sie im Rahmen des Bewerbungsverfahrens den Zuschlag für eine Stelle erhalten haben, werden die Daten aus dem Bewerberdatensystem in unser Personalinformationssystem überführt.

An welche Empfänger werden die Daten weitergegeben?

Ihre Bewerberdaten werden ausschließlich bei uns im Unternehmen bearbeitet und gespeichert.
Ihre Bewerberdaten werden nach Eingang Ihrer Bewerbung von der Personalabteilung gesichtet. Geeignete Bewerbungen werden dann intern an die Abteilungsverantwortlichen für die jeweils offene Position weitergeleitet. Dann wird der weitere Ablauf abgestimmt. Im Unternehmen haben grundsätzlich nur die Personen Zugriff auf Ihre Daten, die dies für den ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf unseres Bewerbungsverfahrens benötigen.

Die Daten werden ausschließlich in Rechenzentren der Bundesrepublik Deutschland verarbeitet.
