About Us: 3B Scientific is a dynamic and growing company seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to join our team in Tucker, GA. This new role will play a crucial part in supporting our American locations and collaborating closely with the HQ infrastructure team in Hamburg,Germany. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT administration, user support, and a proven track record in managing Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, LAN/WIFI, and virtualization using VMware ESX.
Infrastructure Support:
  • Operate and maintain Windows Server environments (2012R2 to 2022) and Active Directory.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services.
  • Oversee LAN and WIFI networks.
  • Administer virtualization through VMware ESX.
User Support:
  • Provide user support for American locations, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Handle problem and incident management via the ticket system (OTRS).
Documentation and Process Management:
  • Create and maintain operational documentation and process descriptions.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and projects
Education and Experience:
  • Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or equivalent qualification in the IT sector.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a system administrator in data center operation.
  • Experience in user support in a medium-sized company.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows server operating systems (2012R2 to 2022), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Aruba/Aruba Central for switches and WLAN, Palo Alto firewalls, WAN, Dell server hardware, and VMware virtualization.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and 11 client operating systems in corporate networks.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of service and customer orientation.
  • Willingness to engage in project-related topics outside of day-to-day business.

The role of Medical Simulation Sales Advisor is being created to further grow the business in Spain and Portugal. The successful applicant will work closely with the whole team and report directly to the Affiliate Manager in Spain. Your role will be to help the business meet and exceed sales targets, create new sales opportunities, and keep up to date on market conditions and competition in the industry. The successful applicant will regularly visit customers and also attend exhibitions and conferences, improving links with our core customer base.

The successful candidate will have previously worked in a clinical environment, will have sales experience and will be eager to promote our wide-ranging portfolio of products across a number of healthcare settings. You will be passionate for the role that simulation plays in medical education, be highly organised, motivated and be at ease interacting with personnel at all levels of the healthcare spectrum.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Native/ Fluent Spanish and English language skills, both verbal and written
