SimScope®는 전자 청진 시뮬레이션 훈련용 청진기로 학생들이 전방 및 후방 모두 해부학적으로 정확한 위치에서 청진할 수 있습니다. RFID 센서 태그가 BHS™의 패브릭에 정확하게 짜여져 있으므로 SimScope® 청진기의 가슴 부분이 의복의 해부학적으로 올바른 위치 중 하나로 이동하는 즉시 사전 선택된 사운드가 재생됩니다. SimScope® 소프트웨어에 액세스할 때 교육자는 63개의 소리로 구성된 대규모 Cardionics 청진 라이브러리에서 소리를 선택할 수 있으므로 학생들이 인간 대 인간 청진 실습 및 실습 교육에 적극적으로 참여할 수 있습니다.

2. SimBP™ 혈압 시뮬레이터
SimBP™는 수동 혈압 측정을 복제하는 데 사용되는 시뮬레이터입니다. 압력 측정기가 커프의 압력을 표시하는 동안 표준화된 환자의 팔 주위에 고정되는 부드러운 팽창식 커프가 있습니다. 학생은 작은 휴대용 공기 펌프를 사용하여 현실적으로 커프를 부풀린 다음 공기 밸브를 비틀어 천천히 공기압을 해제합니다. 압력이 해제되면 SimScope® 청진기를 사용하여 확장기 및 수축기 압력을 결정하고 Korotkoff 단계를 식별하기 위해 동맥 혈류 소리를 듣습니다.
SimBP™는 수축기 및 이완기 압력과 심박수를 개별적으로 조정합니다. 20~300mmHg 사이의 측정 범위와 SimScope® 청진기의 음량을 조정할 수 있습니다.

3. 5선 ECG 연결
BHS™ 보호복에는 3개의 양극성 사지 리드(리드 I, II, III) 및 1개의 단극 리드(V1)와 호환되는 5개의 통합 스냅이 있으므로 대부분의 실제 ECG 모니터와 호환됩니다. 4가지 다른 파형을 제공하며 심박수 및 맥박과 동기화되어 더욱 현실감이 있습니다.

4. 경동맥 및 요골 맥소

SO WHAT'S NEW?

Our new wearable Bionic Hybrid Simulator™ auscultation trainer has been improved with the following new features:

Zipper along the neck to increase the neck hole size
Six size-adjustable velcro straps on the chest, waist and hips for an improved fit, and accommodates for the sizes M-L and XL-XXL.

The Bionic Hybrid Simulator™ features posterior, anterior auscultation points and an enlarged sound library (63x sounds) using the SimScope® stethoscope.

The Bionic Hybrid Simulator™ from Cardionics is a wearable auscultation shirt with a simulation software system for standardized patients which offers instructors a realistic and accurate solution for scenario simulations. The innovative approach of wearable simulation in patient care enables them to test their students’ skills without giving away signs and symptoms, while they practice the bedside interactions with a Standardized Patient. Most importantly, student engagement grows as they build confidence in their clinical skills.

With ECG, pulse points, the SimBP™ Simulator for Blood Pressure and Auscultation of the heart, lungs and bowel, the BHS™ provides extensive training capabilities for Standardized Patient simulation. Instructors can control normal and abnormal conditions from a set of available parameters in real time. The BHS™ allows students to interact with a live patient while assessing signs and symptoms independently.

The BHS™ software is efficient and easy-to-use. In minutes, the instructor will be able to customize the patient’s parameters and set up the BHS™ wearable simulator according to their scenario. Moreover, with its own Wi-Fi hotspot, all devices are constantly interconnected so the instructor feels in control of the simulation at every moment.

The wearable Bionic Hybrid Simulator™ features:

SimScope® Electronic Training Stethoscope with a dedicated laptop

SimScope® is an electronic auscultation simulation-training stethoscope which allows students to auscultate at the anatomically-correct locations, both anteriorly and posteriorly. With RFID sensor tags woven precisely into the fabric of the BHS™, a pre-selected sound will play as soon as the SimScope® stethoscope’s chest piece is navigated onto one of anatomically correct locations on the garment. When accessing the SimScope® software, educators can pick any sound from the large Cardionics auscultation library consisting of 63 sounds, enabling their students to actively engage in a human-to-human auscultation practice and hands-on training.

SimBP™ Simulator for Blood Pressure

SimBP™ is a simulator used to replicate manual blood pressure measurement. It has a soft inflatable cuff which is fastened around the Standardized Patient’s arm, while the pressure meter indicates the cuff's pressure. The student uses a small, handheld air pump to realistically inflate the cuff and then slowly releases air pressure by twisting the air valve. As the pressure is released, the SimScope® stethoscope is used to listen to arterial blood flow sounds in order to determine the diastolic and systolic pressures as well as identify the Korotkoff phases.

SimBP™ offers individual adjustment of systolic and diastolic pressures as well as the heart rate. Measurements range between 20 and 300 mmHg and the sound volume of SimScope® stethoscope can be adjusted.

5-wire ECG connections

The BHS™ garment has five integrated snaps compatible with three bipolar limb leads (lead I, II, III) and one unipolar lead (V1), hence is compatible with most real ECG monitors. It offers four different waveforms and is synchronized with heart rate and pulses for more reality.

Carotid and radial pulse points

Some medical conditions can be a factor in determining the best place for taking the pulse. Therefore, the BHS™ offers the possibility to measure both: radial pulse using the simulated radial artery in the wrist, and the carotid pulse on the simulated carotid artery in the neck.

Log file

All activities performed during a scenario including time stamps are trackable with the log file functionality and can be saved as a separate file for debriefing.

Pre-recorded vocal sounds

Remotely activated from the SimScope® software by the instructor, the pre-recorded vocal sounds can be played into the ear buds worn by a Standardized Patient to provide clues and guidance.
