Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Director to join our dynamic team in Tucker, GA. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our newly acquired US businesses. Working closely with cross-functional teams and our German-based headquarters, you will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives across North and South America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with 3B Scientific's overarching goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key market segments, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Brand Management: Lead efforts to strengthen and elevate the 3B Scientific brand presence of Wallcur, Cardionics, iSimulate, eSono,LifeCast and IngMar Medical in the US market. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Content Development: Create compelling and targeted content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and multimedia assets to support lead generation, thought leadership, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website management, email campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM, and online advertising. Leverage analytics to optimize campaign performance and drive measurable results.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our products and engage with key stakeholders. Develop pre- and post-event strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key opinion leaders to drive collaboration and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with direct experience in creating and managing online/email marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience in marketing management within the healthcare, medical device, or life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred), MS Office, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud, and HTML.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to effectively sell and market the medical simulation range of 3B Scientific brands and products to end-users while supporting our valued distributors. We are looking for a professional and dedicated sales representative/account manager who can bring value to the company, attain annual sales goals, and help us provide our industry leading customer service.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Order processing and order management from initial customer contact to leaving our warehouse.
  • Answering phones, emails, faxes, and online chats while taking care of the customer’s order and customer service needs
  • Must demonstrate the ability to manage relationships utilizing multiple contact points within a customer organization.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to effectively work with multiple internal departments to affect positive results for assigned sales growth and customer retention.
  • Represent 3B Scientific at tradeshows and industry conferences as needed
  • Attain, and keep current, knowledge on all products carried by 3B Scientific
  • Communicate customer feedback to management
