We are looking for a professional and dedicated sales representative/account manager who can bring value to the company, attain annual sales goals, and help us provide our industry leading customer service.
Responsibilities:

Order processing and order management from initial customer contact to leaving our warehouse.

Answering phones, emails, faxes, and online chats while taking care of the customer’s order and customer service needs

Must demonstrate the ability to manage relationships utilizing multiple contact points within a customer organization.

Must demonstrate the ability to effectively work with multiple internal departments to affect positive results for assigned sales growth and customer retention.

Represent 3B Scientific at tradeshows and industry conferences as needed
-
Attain, and keep current, knowledge on all products carried by 3B Scientific

Communicate customer feedback to management
-
Adhere to the 3B Group leadership guidelines

Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Head of Sales and Managing Director

Must be able to work one or two nights a week from 10 am to 7 pm with a one hour lunch

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word)

Working knowledge of order entry and accounting/order processing software. Knowledge of Netsuite a major advantage

Must be computer literate, able to read printed documentation and operate standard office equipment (i.e.: laptop, printer, copier, fax machine, telephone/cell phone, etc.)

Ability to work in a professional and collaborative manner with all levels of employees to ensure the attainment of individual and Company goals

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and be able to work independently with minimal or no direction; self-motivated

Must have good organizational skills with attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic

A basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
