GRAPHIC DESIGNER
This position contributes to the Marketing team for graphic design functions for the company and ensuring brand standards and guidelines are adhered to. Create and maintain graphic design assets, artwork, print & digital to help build brand awareness through traditional and digital marketing efforts.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure marketing materials, assets and collateral follow brand standards and guidelines for the department and company.
  • Provide creative direction on marketing projects, activities, and advertising that promote corporate objectives.
  • Develop appealing designs that engage customers with the 3B brand and product offerings.
  • Design and create print and digital products including catalogs, folders, flyers, sell sheets, ads, and publications.
  • Design and create digital assets for online marketing including websites, ecommerce, social media, email, webinars, and search engine advertising.
  • Design and create marketing assets for special events including tradeshow layouts and graphics, sales rep demonstration collateral, branded wear, and company branding on physical structures.
  • Maintain current and/or archive image and text databases and asset management platforms.
  • Support distributors, customers, affiliates, and corporate marketing with their graphic design needs.
  • Design marketing collateral needed in multiple languages to support domestic and international markets.
  • Pre-flight and submission of digital files to vendors.
  • Create multimedia content ideas in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist with social media posts including organic and sponsored posts for lead generation and increased brand awareness.
  • Assist with digital marketing strategies for various company brands, products and customer market segments.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create accurate price estimates and breakdowns while delivering solutions within budget.
  • Keep up to date on industry technology, techniques, and trends for graphic design and marketing communication best practices.
  • Be an active key member to the marketing department supporting company objectives internally and externally working with key team members.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

3B Scientific is a worldwide leader and manufacturer of healthcare simulators and anatomical teaching models. Our goal is to advance medical and healthcare delivery through the quality, breadth and global reach of relevant educational and simulation products. We are looking for a professional and dedicated sales representative/account manager who can bring value to the company, attain annual sales goals, and help us provide our industry leading customer service.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Order processing and order management from initial customer contact to leaving our warehouse.
  • Answering phones, emails, faxes, and online chats while taking care of the customer’s order and customer service needs
  • Must demonstrate the ability to manage relationships utilizing multiple contact points within a customer organization.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to effectively work with multiple internal departments to affect positive results for assigned sales growth and customer retention.
  • Represent 3B Scientific at tradeshows and industry conferences as needed
  • Attain, and keep current, knowledge on all products carried by 3B Scientific
  • Communicate customer feedback to management
  • Adhere to the 3B Group leadership guidelines
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Head of Sales and Managing Director
  • Must be able to work one or two nights a week from 10 am to 7 pm with a one hour lunch

Product Manager
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation focused on our Human Anatomy and Medical Simulation product categories. As a key member of our 3B Scientific commercial team, you will be a link between our company and the market. You will work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities that help fill our pipeline in both North, Central and South American territories.
 
Responsibilities
  • Create business models, conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape
  • Develop and monitor data-driven analytics of product categories
  • Development of internal teams to help achieve individual & team objectives
  • Build and maintain both internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
  • In depth understanding of the products in terms of key features and benefits and share regularly with sales and marketing teams
  • Facilitate product training for both internal and external sales teams
  • Support sales activities from both a technical and market perspective
  • Develop customer advocates and KOLs that will be favorable to brand
  • Develop and maintain pricing strategies
  • Represent company at industry tradeshows and events
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
  • Experience in nursing or medical simulation environment desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • Experienced in Office 365 suite of products and CRM tools
  • Ability to speak other languages like Spanish is an asset but not mandatory
