I am responsible for the QMS and ensure that the demands made by ISO 9001:2000 are fulfilled within the company. This includes the maintenance and continuous evaluation of our business processes and procedures. I also maintain relationships with our suppliers, banking and tax professionals. My role in Human Resources includes recruiting the most highly skilled and qualified personnel to serve the needs of our customers and implementing our training and benefits programs.

I have 6 years of Accounting and over 9 years of Customer Service Experience. I have been with American 3B Scientific since October of 2003 and look forward to many years with the company. My goal at A3BS is to insure that every customer I come in contact with via email, phone, or by paper is very satisfied with the service and turnaround time they receive from us. This means that our customers will receive the information they need and product they need when they need it.

As the Purchasing Manager I am responsible for the procurement of products and related services to meet our regular needs. I ensure items are stocked and available for fast shipment to our customers. On any given day you might find me arranging the delivery of products from 3B Scientific production facilities and various suppliers all over the world. Working with freight forwarders is also one of my daily tasks.
