Optional accessory for the Auscultation Trainer (W44121). Use the SmartScope to listen the heart and lung sounds on the body of the Ausculation Trainer. This gives the student a much more realistic experience, not only do they hear the sounds but they will also become familiar with where one would place the stethoscope to hear the heart and lung sounds. The student must palpate to identify correct auscultation locations, and will hear different heart and lung sounds as the SmartScope™ is moved to different locations on the manikin. The instructor and students can compare the variations of sounds heard at different sights.
